Antecnica prime contractor for an ESA switch-beam array for M2M/IoT links
Antecnica has been selected as prime contractor by the European Space Agency for Integrated Multiple Switch-beam Array Antenna for Resilient Communication Link M2M/IoT Applications.
The activity develops a switch-beam array — an aperture that selects among a set of fixed beams to cover a service area. Switch-beam architectures trade the continuous steering of a full phased array for lower cost and complexity, a favourable balance for M2M and IoT links.
As prime contractor, Antecnica is accountable for the architecture, design and validation of the deliverable.
